Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times to destinations within the United States are 7–15 business days after your order has been processed. Please be aware that these times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions or unforeseen delays.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear with the carrier.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was sent.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this window, the order will proceed to processing and shipping and cannot be canceled.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
